Job Summary 
Responsible for the management and direction of consulting business in auto industry, as well as multiple, large or complex projects or function as a highly skilled management professional. Assume an organization-wide leadership role for a specific technology or process. Manages overall relationships with clients in Auto industry and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level managers and executives to provide technical expertise and project direction. Education and Experience 
? Advanced degree preferred 
? Ten or more years of relevant work experience, including both consulting and auto industry experience. 
? Strong expertise in automobile industry. Understanding PLM (project life-cycel management). R&amp;D, lean manufacturing, purchasing, etc. 
? Familiar with large auto manufacturers in China 
? Good command of both Mandarin Chinese and English
